We’re excited to offer preorders for upcoming games, trading card products, and other new releases. Please review the following information before placing a preorder with Stronghold Games.
Payment
Payment for preorder items is collected when your order is placed. Placing a preorder reserves your item from the quantity we expect to have available.
Release Dates
Preorder release dates are based on information provided by the publisher, manufacturer, or distributor and may change. Stronghold Games cannot guarantee a release date when delays occur outside our control.
We will fulfill preorder items as soon as we are permitted to sell and ship them.
Orders Containing Preorder and In-Stock Items
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, the entire order will be held until all items are available and will ship together.
If you would like your in-stock products shipped immediately, please place them as a separate order from your preorder.
If an order contains multiple preorder products with different release dates, the order will ship when all products in the order are available.
Allocations and Product Availability
Preorder quantities may sometimes be limited by manufacturers or distributors. While we make every effort to list only quantities we reasonably expect to receive, allocations or other supply issues can occasionally reduce our inventory.
If we are unable to fulfill part or all of your preorder, we will contact you and refund the affected item or order.
Cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order has entered the shipping or fulfillment process.
Once a preorder has been packed or shipped, our normal return policy applies.
Trading Card Game Products
Trading card game products are subject to manufacturer release dates and any applicable early-sale restrictions. Stronghold Games will not intentionally ship or release restricted products before the date permitted by the publisher.
